How do I know when I can request a Credit Token? |

Payments for utilities go through three stages:
- The order is Pending payment.
- Payment is received and Confirmed.
- Order is Completed.
At stages 2 and 3 you will receive a confirmation message to your registered email address.
When the message (2) is received it means that we have received your payment confirmation and your order is being processed.
When the message (3) is received it means that the credit is available and you can Request a Credit Token .
