How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Monday through Friday between 08H00 and 17H00 (8am - 5pm), we continually process utility payment orders as they arrive. The time it takes to process an order may vary, depending on the number of orders in the queue. However, orders will always be processed within 6 hours of receipt of payment if made between these times. Orders placed after these times will be processed the next morning.

During weekends and public holidays expect orders to be processed within 12 hours as we will be running on skeleton staff.

To avoid problems we recomend that tenants always leave a reserve amount in the system. This amount should be enough to ensure that there is enough electricity while waiting for the utility payment order to be processed.
