The decision as to whether a meter is enabled for the Tenant Payment System or not resets with the individual landlord.

If your meter is not enabled for purchasing via the Tenant Payment System then you will not be able to login and make a utility purchase by default.

However, in cases of emergency, where your landlord or property manager is unavailable we may process a once-off purchase on the landlords behalf.
