Your landlord needs to have enabled your meter for purchase of utilities via the Tenant Payment System.

If the meter is enabled for purchase through the Tenant Payment System, then you need to know the username and password. Your username and password for login will have been given to you by your landlord and is associated with your meter.

If you do not have these details, please ask you landlord whether or not you can make purchases via the Tenant Payment System.
