When the electricity credit is depleted or near depleted, the consumer simply returns to the vendor and purchases another Scratch Card.
Simply by buying a Prepaid Scratch Card and using a Cellular phone, consumers can purchase electricity at their convenience, 24 hours a day, whilst body corporates and management companies are guaranteed of upfront payment and a host of other benefits.
