As soon as you make a purchase for a prepaid meter and send us your proof of payment, our accounts department will send you the registration information and your meter/s number to start the registration process.
If at any stage you require help with registration or have any questions our accounts and support department can assist you. You can either send an email or call them.
Once you submitted the registration together with your documentation, please allow 24 hours for the registration to be completed and the meter to be activated.
If you ordered installation together with your electricity meter or water meter , the installation booking will only follow registration completion. This is to make sure that once the meter is installed the meter user can purchase the utility required.
If a meter is not registered before installation it will not vend, which in simple words means that the meter user will not be able to load a prepaid token and be left either without water or in the dark.
For this reason we place great emphasis on the registration process.
