In the "Tenant Manual" category you will find a PDF file that is a user manual for your tenants. This document explains what a tenant needs in order to use the meter and provides step-by-step instructions for completing tasks such as "How to obtain credit", "How to request a 20 digit credit token" and "How to request a mini statement via SMS".
