Once the customer has purchased an installation from you or your company through our site, you will be notified.
This means that the installation has been paid already and it is sitting in escrow with us. Once you receive the request for installation the following procedure takes place:
- You the call the customer to arrange a date and time for the installation.
- Once the meter is installed you send us back the installation form signed by yourself and the customer (you can download this form once you are registered and keep a copy on your computer for all your installations).
- Once the form has been received at our offices by fax, within 48 hours working hours the funds are released to you for the installation. You will receive confirmation of payment by email.
Please note all payments are done only during working days. If you send the form in the weekend or public holiday your installation completion form will be processed the next working day.
