When will the electrician contact me? |

As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.
- If you chose to pay by EFT please ensure that you send through confirmation of payment.
- If you chose to pay by credit card then confirmation is automatic.
Upon confirmation of payment, the electrician gets your order with your contact details.
The electrician will be contact you within 48 hours (working days). If you order was placed over a weekend or a public holiday, please understand that some electricians do not work on such days. Though most electricians do installations on such days, we can not guarantee they will be contacting you over weekends and public holidays to set the date and time for the installation.
