How to request a mini statement via SMS |

A mini statement of all transactions processed against a meter can be obtained by sending an SMS request to the number 31696.

Write a text message containing the following string.
1234*MeterNo*total
Replace "04111111110" with your meter number.
Replace "1234" with your your own PIN number.The brackets are NOT required ()
- Send the message to 31696.

You will receive an SMS response containing the following information.
MeterNo: 041111111110, Current Accumulation ( purchases for the current month) XX KW/h,
Purchase Limit (loaded for your meter)
Available KW/h for the month : (Purchase limit – Current Accumulation)
Arrears value
Previous month usage: total in KW/h
