How to Update Tenant Details and Cellphone Number

Tenant details may need to be updated from time-to-time.

To update your tenant details:

  1. Login to the meter management system using your owner username and password.
  2. Locate the account you want to update the tenant details for.
  3. View the metering account.
  4. From the left menu click the Edit Contact button.
