Closing Dates
Please kindly note below our office closing date for the period of December 2010.
PrepaidMeters.co.za will be closed from the 23rd of December and will re-open on the 3rd of January 2011.
There will be NO METER REGISTRATIONS between the 23rd of December 2010 and 3rd of January 2011.
During this period all emergency voice messages left at support will be monitored and our support team will respond within 2 to 4 hours from 08:00 to 18:00 every day excluding Christmas weekend and excluding 1st and 2nd of January.
Installations of Prepaid Meters During the Month of December
For any meter installations throughout December please make sure you place your installation order on or before the 30th of November 2010. Installers are also going on leave during December in various periods and installation must be booked before December. Should installations not be booked in advance we will not be able to guarantee availability until beginning of January when our office re-opens.
Stock Availability During the Month of December
We always aim to have enough stock for everyone all the time. However reality always dictates circumstances we can not foresee.
At the end of each year, stocks are running low and unfortunately there is no more manufacturing. Hence, it becomes of highest importance to place your orders in November 2010 if you wish to install between November and 20th of January 2011.
Unlike installations, stock depends on manufacturing. If stocks run out of a particular meter model, new stocks will only be received between 20th of January 2011 to beginning of February 2011.
Please place your order in November if you want to install prepaid meters this year, especially if you plan to install in November, December or January and let us know as soon as possible of your plans for installation.
We cannot guarantee stock availability between December and end of January 2011.
We always strive to make every customer happy but we need your co-operation to ensure we can deliver your meters in time.
